CERETOSPHERE ("we", "our", or "us") is the brand through which COSVerses Group operates its services around the world. We are headquartered in Singapore, operated by Ceretosphere Technology, and we are the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. We recognise and value the privacy of the people ("you" or "user") who use our services. This Privacy Policy describes the different ways we may collect, use and share information on, through, or in connection with our services. If you have any questions, please reach out to us as described in "Contact Us" below.
What are our services?
We use the term "our services" to collectively describe any of the products or services that directly link to this Privacy Policy. These include, for example:

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as full name, email address, contact address, postal code, title, occupation or personal interests.
A. Data We Collect and Process (either directly from users or through a third party)
i. Passport Registration and Sign-in Information. To create and manage a COSVerses Passport, we use a third-party identity provider, Clerk. We collect the information that this sign-in service collects to create and secure your account, which may include your email address, mobile phone number, password (stored in protected form), verification codes, username, and session and security information. Clerk processes this information in line with its own privacy policy, available at https://clerk.com/legal/privacy. Verification codes are sent from the domain passport.cosverses.com.
ii. Connected Social Account Information (Third Party). You may sign up or sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, X or Discord. If you do, we receive information from that provider, such as your name or username, email address, profile picture and account identifier, and add it to your account information. Each provider handles your information under its own policy: Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/), X (https://x.com/en/privacy) and Discord (https://discord.com/privacy).
iii. Account and Profile Information. Your nickname, avatar, account ID, language and region preferences, and any profile details you choose to add, such as a signature, links to your works or social media accounts, and creator type.
iv. Age and Date of Birth. We rely on the date of birth or age that you set for your account, and we do not ask you to upload identity documents to create a Passport. We may also use automated tools to assess whether an account appears to belong to a child, based on signals such as profile and activity information. If an account appears to belong to a child, or when an age or guardian check is required for a purchase or feature, we may ask you or your parent or guardian to complete an age or identity check through a third-party age-assurance provider. The provider handles the data it collects under its own policy and gives us the result of the check.
v. Community, Chat and User Contributions. Content, messages, comments, posts, uploads and other information you provide in our communities and other interactive features, including related metadata such as the date a file was created, your interest tags, feedback you send, and information you post, comment on or follow.
vi. Creator Program Information. If you use creator tools or creator support, we may collect your creator profile, contact details, links to your channels and works, participation records and, where payments or support are provided, the information needed for tax and payment purposes.
vii. Education Program Information. If you take part in education support, we may collect registration details, school or institution name, class or project information, and the information provided by teachers or coordinators who register students. Where students are minors, Section 10 applies.
viii. Support, Survey and Activity Participation Information. Information you provide when you contact our support team or exercise your rights, respond to surveys, or take part in activities, campaigns, contests or rewards, such as your name, contact details, country or region, and, if you win a prize, a mailing address and, where required by law, tax information.
ix. Order and Shipping Information. When you buy tickets, merchandise or other products, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, ticket details and payment status. Payments are made directly with us through third-party payment intermediaries, mainly Link (https://link.com/privacy; cookie policy: https://link.com/legal/cookies), which handle your payment details under their own policies. We keep the transaction record, such as date, order number, currency, amount, payment channel and items purchased, and confirmation of payment.
x. Event Information. For online and offline events, we may collect registration and ticket details, sign-in and attendance records, rewards received, and photographs, video and audio recorded at events in which you may appear. We do not collect your precise location.
xi. Communication Preferences. Your choices about marketing emails and notifications, and information on whether messages were delivered, opened or acted upon.
xii. Inferences. We may draw inferences, such as your preferences and interests and audience segments, from any of the information we collect.
xiii. Other Information Subject to Specific Notice. For some websites, apps or services, we may collect additional information. We will provide individual privacy notices for those services, and those notices will prevail for the personal data processed by them.
B. Data We Automatically Collect
i. Device and Network Data. IP address, device type and model, operating system and version, browser type and version, language, time zone, screen size and settings, and approximate location (country, region or city) derived from your IP address. We collect this through our own measurement system, COSATA. You can learn more in our Cookie Policy at https://act.cosverses.com/legal/cookie. We do not collect precise location data.
ii. Cookies Data. Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.
iii. Analytics Data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Analytics to understand how our services are used. Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google, which collects measurement data through its regional data collection centers and processes it in its data centers; according to Google, Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses to derive approximate location and then discards them rather than logging them. iv. Bugs, Errors, Crashes and Diagnostic Data. Version information, error and crash reports, performance data and abnormal process data.
v. Security-Related Data. Request and referral URLs, access logs, network status, bot and fraud-detection signals, and system activity details used to protect the services and users.
vi. Services Interaction and Usage Data. The pages and content you view, the website from which you came, the dates and times of your visits, the features you use, the actions you take, and the people or accounts you interact with.
vii. Data Shared with Us by Third Parties. Data we receive from sign-in providers, payment intermediaries, analytics providers, logistics providers, ticketing partners and other third parties, such as when you link a third-party account or make a payment.
In specific cases, we may collect other personal data based on your consent or other legal bases. Where this happens and the law requires it, we will give you more information about any change in the way or purpose of collection that is not covered in this Privacy Policy. We may combine the data we collect with data from third-party service providers in order to update your profile, perform market analysis and for the other purposes in Section 2, with your consent or where we have another lawful ground.
When you use third-party services available through our services, such as social media widgets, share buttons or login mechanisms, this Privacy Policy does not extend to them. They are subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.
C. Sources of Personal Data
We collect personal data from different sources, including: you and your devices; other users of our services; our Affiliates and other COSVerses Group brands; service providers (including identity, payment, hosting, logistics and customer support providers); analytics providers; operating systems and platforms; social networks and sign-in providers; business and event partners; publicly accessible sources; and inferences that we draw from other data we collect.
In order to provide our services to you, we collect and process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes and the purposes in Section 13:
Use of AI and Automated Processing
Like other major online services, we use automated tools, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, for purposes such as checking whether an account appears to belong to a child, detecting fraud, bots and abuse, moderating content, personalizing the services, measuring usage and improving our services and the features that power them. We do not make decisions that produce legal effects on you, or similarly significant effects, solely by automated means unless this is permitted by law and necessary for our contract with you, or you have consented, and in these cases you may ask for human review by contacting us. Where the law gives you a choice about the use of your data for AI development, you can manage it in your Passport privacy settings at https://passport.cosverses.com/private-setting or by contacting privacy@cosverses.com.
For the purposes above, our Affiliates may be commissioned to process your information, provided that they comply with this Privacy Policy. "Affiliates" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with CERETOSPHERE, including other COSVerses Group brands.
We are required to disclose the legal basis for processing your data under certain applicable laws, including the GDPR. To the extent that such laws apply to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
Our own platforms do not display third-party advertising. We do, however, advertise our services, events and products on other platforms, such as social media, search and video services. The audiences and measurements for those ads are based on marketing analytics derived from data we collect, as described in Sections 1 and 2. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own use.
Marketing emails are sent from the domains email.cosverses.com and email2.cosverses.com. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message, by changing your settings, or by contacting us. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. You can also manage tracking and advertising-related choices at https://passport.cosverses.com/private-setting. Even if you opt out of marketing, we will still send service messages, such as order confirmations, security notices and verification codes.
We use cookies, which are small text files, web beacons and similar technologies, including our own measurement system COSATA, to keep our services working, to measure how they are used and to understand the effectiveness of our marketing. We may use cookies and authorize third-party tools to (a) log your IP address to understand the path that users take on our sites and to identify repeat users, (b) collect the websites or sources that referred you to our services, (c) collect technical data about the devices and software you use to access our services, and (d) collect data about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services where you have consented.
We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Where a technology collects more detailed information about your use of our services beyond what is strictly necessary, we ask for your consent through a consent banner before using it. If a page does not display a request for consent, we are not using such optional technologies on that page. The exceptions are Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Analytics, which operate as described in Section 1.B. Our Cookie Policy at https://act.cosverses.com/legal/cookie gives further information. We do not list individual cookie names and lifetimes in this Privacy Policy.
You can usually disable cookies in your browser settings or through our cookie settings, but some parts of our services may not function properly if you do.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described in this Section, for the purposes in Sections 2 and 13. You acknowledge that you have foreseen such disclosure when you provide your personal data.
A. Affiliates and COSVerses Group Brands
The brands within COSVerses Group connect and exchange personal data with one another so that your Passport, orders, events and communities work together across brands and services. All of these brands use this same Privacy Policy for the personal data they receive from us, and they may process it only for the purposes described here.
B. Other Users and Public Areas
Other users may see the data you display, such as your nickname, avatar and profile, and may read posts and messages you make in public areas of our communities and other interactive features. Information you publish can be seen by anyone, including people without an account, and can be copied, downloaded, screenshotted or shared by others inside and outside our services, including on other social networks. When you share content on third-party platforms, the information becomes public under those platforms' rules and policies. We strongly recommend that you avoid posting personal or sensitive data.
C. Competent Authorities
We may provide personal data to government authorities when we receive a valid and lawful request under applicable laws, or where it is in the public interest. If a request concerns a serious matter, we provide the data we hold that responds to the request, complete and without alteration, distortion or censorship. For minor matters, we provide only the part of the data that is needed to respond. Beyond what the law requires, we may disclose personal data where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to identify, contact or take legal action against a person who (a) violates our agreements, such as the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, (b) infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, or (c) is engaged in fraud or other illegal activity.
D. Merger, Acquisition, Reorganization, Bankruptcy, New Owner
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy or similar event, or if we sell or buy a business or assets, or we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, we will give notice in advance where required, disclose details of the event and the successor, and transfer your personal data to the successor in accordance with applicable law.
E. Service Providers and Other Third Parties
We work with the following types of third-party service providers to provide the services to you, and we share only the data they need:
We do not intend to share your data with these third parties for their own purposes. However, where a third party independently keeps or uses the data it receives, for example a payment, sign-in or analytics provider acting as an independent controller, its handling is governed by its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them. These providers may use cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies to collect or receive data about you.
F. Business Partners
We occasionally run collaborations and special events with business partners, locally or globally, online or offline. If you take part, your personal data may be shared with those partners as needed to run the event, deliver prizes and follow up on events you opted into. Please refer to their privacy policies for how they process data.
G. Others
We may disclose your information to other third parties with your permission, after notifying you and, where necessary, with your express consent. The only time we disclose data other than as described in this Section without your consent is where the law requires it.
We keep your data only for as long as your Passport is active or as needed to provide the services, unless it is deleted at your request or the law requires otherwise. We do not delete a Passport because it has been inactive. Passport deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Where it is required by law, we keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for longer where the law requires or permits, and then delete, block or anonymize it.
Our retention follows generally accepted international practice. In particular: order and shipping information is kept until your order has been delivered and then deleted, unless you choose to save it (for example, saving an address in your account); transaction records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer laws; results of age or identity checks are kept only as long as needed to complete the check and to meet legal requirements; support records and logs are kept for limited periods needed for service quality, security and legal claims; and backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
If you ask us to remove or delete your personal data, we continue to retain it where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Deleting some data may end some services.
Where Your Data Is Processed
Our main data center is in Singapore. We also use regional data centers and content delivery network (CDN) locations around the world to deliver the services quickly and securely, and our service providers operate their own infrastructure in many countries. Your data may therefore be collected, stored and accessed on servers outside your country or region of residence, and by our support and engineering teams and Affiliates around the world. Where necessary for the purposes in Sections 2 and 13, we may transfer your personal data to the parties described in Section 6, which may involve cross-border transfers. We take appropriate safeguards, in line with generally accepted international data protection standards and applicable laws, to ensure that your personal data receives an appropriate level of protection.
Subject to applicable laws, you may have the following data protection rights and the right to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to complain to your local authorities. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@cosverses.com or use your privacy settings at https://passport.cosverses.com/private-setting. We aim to respond to your request within 30 days, or within the period the law requires.
To protect the security of your account and data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before we respond. In some circumstances we may refuse a request as permitted by law, and we may charge a reasonable fee if a request is clearly repetitive or excessive. If we decline your request, you may appeal by writing to us again at privacy@cosverses.com.
(1) Right to Know and Access
You may request information on whether and what personal data we collect or disclose, the categories of data and sources, the purposes, and a copy of the personal data we process about you. You may also be able to see some of it in your Passport settings.
(2) Right to Rectify / Correct
If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it, and you may be able to update it yourself in your settings.
(3) Right to Request Deletion
You may ask us to delete your personal data where the purpose of processing no longer exists or there is another legal ground for deletion. If you delete your Passport, you lose access to the services, rewards, tickets and entitlements linked to it.
(4) Right to Restrict, Object and Data Portability
Where applicable, you may ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, and receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
(5) Right to Opt Out of Marketing Communications
You can opt out by using the unsubscribe or opt-out link in our marketing messages or by changing your settings.
(6) Right to Withdraw Your Consent
Where we process your data based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time under applicable laws. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before it, or processing based on other lawful grounds. In many cases we need your data to provide the services, so withdrawing consent or not providing required data may mean we can no longer serve you.
(7) Right to Complain
You may complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data. Please contact your local authority, or see Section 13.
We take reasonable measures, in line with generally accepted industry standards, to prevent unauthorized access to or improper use of your personal data, including organizational controls, access controls, encryption of data in transit and other technical protection measures.
However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We urge you to take precautions, such as changing passwords from time to time, using strong and unique passwords, using a secure browser and device, and being careful of phishing. Official messages come only from the sender domains listed in Section 12.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will take steps appropriate to the situation and notify you and the relevant authorities where and when the law requires. If you suspect a security issue or breach, please contact us at privacy@cosverses.com.
Advertisers or websites that link to or from our websites may collect personal data about you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we recommend that you read their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
We design our services to be welcoming to people of all ages around the world. We collect age information and provide a different experience depending on what we know about a user's age and where they live. This Section is for parents and guardians to understand our practices for children, meaning people under 13, or under the age of consent or majority under local law, whichever is higher.
(1) Free Use, Age Signals and Verification
Where local law allows, a minor can register a Passport and use free activities. We rely on the age or date of birth that the user sets. We also use automated tools to assess whether an account appears to belong to a child. If an account appears to belong to a child, or when a purchase or feature requires it, we may use a third-party age-assurance provider to verify age or to verify a parent or guardian. Data collected by that provider is handled under its own policy, and we receive the outcome of the check.
(2) Countries Where We Operate an Age-Gate
In some countries the law requires an age-gate. Where a user indicates that they are a child, we do not collect or process their personal data beyond what is necessary until the child reaches the applicable age or a parent or guardian provides consent or enables access to particular features. In these circumstances, the personal data we collect may include: the date of birth and country, to determine age and apply appropriate settings; a parent or guardian email address, to give notice and ask for consent (for users in the United States, this email address is deleted if the parent does not respond within 14 days); and persistent identifiers such as IP address, device identifiers and necessary tracking technologies, to provide and maintain the services, protect security and meet legal requirements. For clarity, these data are collected before parental consent for these internal operational purposes.
(3) Notice, Consent and Parental Controls
We send the parent or guardian a notice that the child started creating an account and explain how verifiable parental consent works. The parent or guardian can review our privacy practices, consent to the account and set up parental controls. Where a purchase is made by a minor, a parent or guardian must link their verified Passport and approve the purchase, as set out in our Terms of Service. Parental controls let parents change choices about particular features, such as community access and purchases, and the child may not be able to access all features. A parent may withdraw consent to the collection of their child's data at any time by contacting us. For users in the United States, if a parent does not consent or later withdraws consent, we delete the child's account and associated information within 14 days. In certain countries, such as the United States, we must delete accounts of children under 13 unless a parent or guardian gives verifiable consent, and data deleted in this way is permanent and cannot be restored even if the child later reaches the age of 13. Where the legally applicable age in a country is higher, the higher age applies.
(4) Countries Where We Do Not Operate an Age-Gate
Under certain laws, users under 13, or the other age set by local law, may not be allowed to use our services without parental or guardian consent. If you are old enough to use the services but are a minor in your country, you should read this Privacy Policy with your parent or legal guardian, and you confirm that you have their permission. Parents and guardians should read this Privacy Policy before allowing children to create an account, supervise their use of the services and teach them never to give out personal data without permission.
(5) Children's and Parents' Rights, and Refund-Related Disclosures
Children and their parents or guardians can exercise the rights in Section 8 and Section 13. Parents and guardians can review the personal data we hold about their child and ask us to delete the child's account, which deletes the personal data and stops further collection. In handling refund requests or billing inquiries for a child's account, we may share relevant account and purchase information, such as purchase history and transaction dates, with the child's verified parent or guardian to verify the request and resolve the inquiry. To exercise these rights, see "Contact Us" below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or processes or to comply with law. We will notify you of material changes in advance, normally at least 30 days before they take effect, and where required by law we will ask for your consent again or give you the opportunity to exercise your rights. We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect shows that you acknowledge how we will collect, handle and use your personal data under the revised Privacy Policy.

To help you recognize genuine messages, we send email only from the following: marketing emails from email.cosverses.com and email2.cosverses.com; verification codes (OTP) from passport.cosverses.com; official site communications from official.cosverses.com; and important notices from our team members, including policy updates, from e-mail@cosverses.com. We will never ask you for your password by email. Be careful of messages from other addresses.
The following terms apply in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy to users in the places described.
(1) Additional Information for US Residents
(a) General
The categories of personal data we collect and disclose are described in Section 1, and the purposes of use in Section 2. In summary, we collect identifiers and account registration information (such as email address, phone number, username, account ID and IP address); date of birth and age information; profile and community information and user contributions; order, shipping and transaction information; event and participation information; internet and device activity data (such as browsing, interaction and diagnostic data) and approximate location derived from IP address; audio, photographs and video from events; support communications; and inferences. We use them for the purposes in Section 2, and we disclose them to the categories of recipients in Section 6.
Data retention. Where your personal information must be deleted at your request or by law, we delete or de-identify it as required. See Section 7.
Appeals. If we decline your request in whole or in part, where provided by law you may appeal by contacting us at privacy@cosverses.com.
Targeted advertising and "sales". We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We advertise on other platforms using audiences built from our marketing analytics, and some privacy laws define this broadly. You may opt out of targeted advertising and any related "sale" or "sharing" through https://passport.cosverses.com/private-setting, through browser or device controls, or by emailing privacy@cosverses.com. Where required by law, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals as opt-out requests.
These choices are specific to the browser or device you use, so repeat them on each.
(b) Children in the United States
We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect, process and share personal information of children in the US under Sections 1, 2, 6 and 10 and this Section, and we do not sell it. Personal information that a child may make public is limited to items such as nickname, user ID and community information, and only with prior verifiable parental consent. For children under 13 whose parent has given verifiable consent, we keep personal information for as long as the child uses the services; if the child or parent asks for deletion, we delete the account and related personal information within 30 days, except that limited information may be kept for a limited period when needed for refunds, fraud prevention, payment security, tax and legal purposes. Where we have not obtained verifiable parental consent within 14 days, we delete the child's account and related personal information after 14 days, except for limited transaction, payment, security and dispute-related information we must keep for the limited periods needed for financial recordkeeping, fraud prevention and legal purposes. Before parental consent, we may collect persistent identifiers only to support internal operations such as security, anti-abuse, diagnostics and service stability, and we do not use them to contact a specific person, for behavioral advertising, for profiling or for cross-service tracking. We disclose children's personal information only to service providers for internal operations or where a parent has given separate verifiable consent, and we contractually restrict those providers from using it for their own purposes.
(c) Additional Terms for California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"), requires us to give California residents this notice. "Personal information" has the meaning given in the CCPA and does not include information that is lawfully made available from government records, deidentified or aggregated, or otherwise excluded from the CCPA. We collect and disclose the categories of personal information set out in Section 13(1)(a), for the business purposes set out there. If the CCPA applies to you, you have these rights:
You may use an authorized agent, designated in writing or by power of attorney, to make requests for you. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. To provide, correct or delete specific personal information, we need to verify your identity to the degree required by law, for example by asking you to send the request from the email address linked to your Passport.
Under California Civil Code section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), California customers may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes as defined by this law. California residents under 18 who are registered users have the right under California Business and Professions Code section 22581 to request removal of content or information they have publicly posted. Send us a detailed description of the content you want removed using the details in Section 12. The law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances, and a request does not guarantee complete removal.
(2) Additional Information for EEA and UK Residents
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), the following applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Data subject rights. In addition to Section 8, you have the right to ask us to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing.
Legal bases. We rely on: performance of our contract with you (our Terms of Service); our or our partners' legitimate interests, where not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights, such as protecting our legal rights, pursuing or defending legal claims and improving our services; consent, where obtained separately; compliance with legal obligations; and protecting vital interests, such as against fraud and violations of our terms. We do not typically collect special category data, and where we do, it is on the basis of explicit consent or another applicable lawful basis. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have performed a legitimate interest assessment, and you can obtain more information by contacting us.
Cross-border transfers. Because we are a global service, we may transfer your personal data to our Affiliates, service providers and partners worldwide, including Singapore, in countries with data protection laws different from yours. Where a country is recognized by the European Commission or the UK as providing an adequate level of protection, we may rely on that decision. Otherwise, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK Addendum or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where applicable.
Representatives and Data Protection Office. Our Data Protection Office can be reached at privacy@cosverses.com. Where the law requires us to appoint a representative in the EU or UK, we will publish its details, and you can reach it through the same address.
Children's notice. For these purposes, a child is a person under 13 or, if older, a person who is under the age at which they can give valid digital consent under applicable data privacy laws, which varies between 13 and 16 across Europe. We follow the minimum age rules of each region.
Supervisory authority. You may lodge a complaint with your national or regional data protection supervisory authority.
(3) Additional Information for Residents of Japan
If you are in Japan, the following applies to international transfers described in Section 7, in accordance with Article 28(2) of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. (a) Country where the data recipients are located: Singapore. (b) Personal information protection systems of such foreign countries: see https://www.ppc.go.jp/personalinfo/legal/kaiseihogohou/#gaikoku. (c) Measures taken by the data recipients: we will ensure that third parties abroad to which we transfer your personal data take all measures corresponding to the eight principles of the OECD privacy guidelines.
(4) Additional Information for Residents of South Korea
Destruction of your personal data. If we determine that your personal data is no longer needed, we will destroy it under the supervision of our chief privacy officer and in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy. Electronic files will be securely deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery and reproduction, and printouts will be destroyed by shredding or incineration. Our Data Protection Office, reachable at privacy@cosverses.com, acts as the point of contact for privacy matters.
Right to request suspension of processing. In addition to Section 8, you may have the right to request that we suspend the processing of your personal data. Such a request may be denied under applicable law. In many cases we need to process your data to provide the services, so if you do not provide the necessary data or you request suspension, we may be unable to continue providing the services.
(5) Additional Information for Residents of Thailand
If you are in Thailand, we process your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"), on the legal bases of contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations and the protection of vital interests, as described in Section 3. You have the rights to access and obtain a copy, data portability, object, erasure, restriction, rectification and withdrawal of consent, subject to the PDPA, by contacting privacy@cosverses.com. Where we transfer data outside Thailand, we do so in line with the PDPA. For a person under 10 years old, consent must come from the person with parental authority, and for other minors, consent is handled as the Civil and Commercial Code and the PDPA require. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
(6) Additional Information for Residents of Singapore
As we are based in Singapore, our collection, use and disclosure of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA Singapore"). You may withdraw consent, and ask for access to and correction of your personal data, by contacting our Data Protection Office at privacy@cosverses.com. When we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA Singapore. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
(7) Other Countries and Regions
If you live in a country or region where local law gives you additional or different rights regarding your personal data, those rights apply to you. Where they conflict with this Privacy Policy, the local law prevails to the extent it cannot be waived.

只要您的 Passport 处于活跃状态或为提供服务所需，我们就会保留您的数据，除非应您的请求被删除或法律另有要求。我们不会因 Passport 不活跃而将其删除。Passport 删除请求通常在 30 天内处理。在法律要求时，我们仅在为收集数据之目的所必需的期限内保留您的信息，或在法律要求或允许时保留更长时间，之后将其删除、封存或匿名化。
我们的保留做法遵循普遍接受的国际惯例。具体而言：订单和配送信息保留至订单送达后即删除，除非您选择保存（例如在账户中保存地址）；交易记录按税务、会计和消费者法律要求的期限保留；年龄或身份核验的结果仅在完成核验和满足法律要求所需的期限内保留；客服记录和日志按服务质量、安全和法律主张所需的有限期限保留；备份按固定周期覆盖。
如果您要求我们移除或删除您的个人数据，我们仍会在为履行法律义务、解决争议和执行我们的协议所必需的范围内继续保留。删除部分数据可能导致某些服务终止。
您的数据在何处处理

(6) 撤回同意的权利
当我们基于同意处理您的数据时，您可以依适用法律随时撤回同意。撤回不影响撤回前所作处理的合法性，也不影响基于其他合法依据的处理。在许多情况下，我们需要您的数据才能提供服务，因此撤回同意或不提供必要的数据可能意味着我们无法继续为您服务。
(7) 投诉权
您可以就我们收集和使用您个人数据的情况向数据保护主管部门投诉。请联系您当地的主管部门，或参阅第 13 条。
我们依据普遍接受的行业标准采取合理措施，防止未经授权访问或不当使用您的个人数据，包括组织管理控制、访问控制、传输中数据加密以及其他技术保护措施。
但是，通过互联网的传输并非完全安全。我们敦促您采取预防措施，例如定期更改密码、使用强度高且唯一的密码、使用安全的浏览器和设备，以及警惕网络钓鱼。官方信息仅来自第 12 条所列的发件域名。

我们设计的服务欢迎全球各年龄段的人使用。我们收集年龄信息，并根据我们所知用户的年龄和所在地提供不同的体验。本条供父母和监护人了解我们对儿童的做法，儿童是指 13 岁以下，或未达到当地法律规定的同意年龄或成年年龄的人，以较高者为准。
(1) 免费使用、年龄信号与核验
在当地法律允许的情况下，未成年人可以注册 Passport 并使用免费活动。我们依据用户设置的年龄或出生日期，并使用自动化工具评估账户是否似乎属于儿童。如果账户似乎属于儿童，或购买或功能需要时，我们可能使用第三方年龄验证服务商验证年龄或验证父母或监护人。该服务商收集的数据按其自身政策处理，我们收到核验结果。
(2) 我们实行年龄门槛的国家

(2) 欧洲经济区和英国居民的补充信息
如果您位于欧洲经济区 (EEA) 或英国 (UK)，除本隐私政策其余部分外，以下内容也适用。
数据主体权利。除第 8 条外，您有权要求我们限制处理、享有数据可携权并反对处理。
法律依据。我们依据：履行我们与您的合同（我们的《服务条款》）；我们或合作伙伴的合法利益（在不被您的利益或基本权利所凌驾的情况下），例如保护我们的法律权利、提起或抗辩法律主张以及改进我们的服务；单独取得的同意；遵守法律义务；以及保护切身利益，例如防范欺诈和违反我们条款的行为。我们通常不收集特殊类别数据，如收集，将基于明确同意或其他适用的法律依据。当我们依赖合法利益时，我们已进行合法利益评估，您可联系我们获取更多信息。
跨境传输。由于我们是全球性服务，我们可能将您的个人数据传输给全球范围内的关联公司、服务商和合作伙伴，包括新加坡，这些国家的数据保护法律可能与您所在国家不同。如果某国家被欧盟委员会或英国认定提供充分保护水平，我们可依据该认定。否则，我们采取适当保障措施，例如欧盟委员会的标准合同条款，并在适用时辅以英国附录或英国国际数据传输协议。

儿童通知。就此而言，儿童是指 13 岁以下的人，或者如果年龄更大，则指低于依适用数据隐私法律可以给予有效数字同意的年龄的人，该年龄在欧洲各国为 13 至 16 岁不等。我们遵守各地区的最低年龄规定。
监管机构。您可以向您所在国家或地区的数据保护监管机构提出投诉。
(3) 日本居民的补充信息
如果您位于日本，依《个人信息保护法》第 28 条第 2 款，以下内容适用于第 7 条所述的国际传输。(a) 数据接收方所在国家：新加坡。(b) 这些外国的个人信息保护制度：请参阅 https://www.ppc.go.jp/personalinfo/legal/kaiseihogohou/#gaikoku。(c) 数据接收方将采取的措施：我们将确保我们向其传输您个人数据的国外第三方采取与 OECD 隐私指南八项原则相应的所有措施。
(4) 韩国居民的补充信息
销毁您的个人数据。如果我们认定您的个人数据不再需要，我们将在首席隐私官的监督下，依适用法律和本隐私政策销毁。电子文件将使用防止恢复和复制的技术方法安全删除，纸质打印件将通过粉碎或焚烧销毁。我们的数据保护办公室（联系方式：privacy@cosverses.com）担任隐私事务联络点。
请求暂停处理的权利。除第 8 条外，您可能有权要求我们暂停处理您的个人数据。该请求可能依适用法律被拒绝。在许多情况下，我们需要处理您的数据才能提供服务，因此如果您不提供必要的数据或要求暂停，我们可能无法继续提供服务。
(5) 泰国居民的补充信息
如果您位于泰国，我们依据《2562 佛历（2019 年）个人数据保护法》（“PDPA”）处理您的个人数据，法律依据为合同、同意、合法利益、法律义务和保护切身利益，详见第 3 条。您依 PDPA 享有访问并获取副本、数据可携、反对、删除、限制、更正和撤回同意的权利，可联系 privacy@cosverses.com 行使。我们将数据传输至泰国境外时，依 PDPA 进行。对于 10 岁以下的人，同意必须来自行使亲权的人；对于其他未成年人，同意依《民商法典》和 PDPA 的规定处理。您可以向泰国个人数据保护委员会投诉。
(6) 新加坡居民的补充信息
由于我们总部设在新加坡，我们对个人数据的收集、使用和披露受新加坡《2012 年个人数据保护法》（“新加坡 PDPA”）管辖。您可以联系我们的数据保护办公室 privacy@cosverses.com 撤回同意，并要求访问和更正您的个人数据。当我们将个人数据传输至新加坡境外时，我们确保接收方提供与新加坡 PDPA 相当的保护标准。您也可以联系新加坡个人数据保护委员会。
(7) 其他国家和地区
如果您居住在当地法律赋予您关于个人数据的额外或不同权利的国家或地区，这些权利适用于您。如与本隐私政策冲突，则在不可放弃的范围内以当地法律为准。
